These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tella, including its data analytics workspace, dashboards, stories, and AI-assisted features.
If you use Tella on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization and that you will use the service only for permitted business purposes.
1. Accounts and Access
- You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your sign-in credentials.
- Your organization may control who can access specific workspaces, data sources, and generated outputs.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by the service operator.
2. Description of Service
Tella is a software service for exploring connected data, generating dashboards, summarizing findings, and supporting analysis workflows with AI-assisted tools.
3. AI-Generated Output
- AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific context.
- You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for operational, financial, legal, or strategic decisions.
- Tella does not guarantee any business outcome, forecast accuracy, or recommendation quality.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Tella to violate law, infringe third-party rights, or process data you are not authorized to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent the service or its security controls.
- Do not submit malware, harmful content, or prompts intended to abuse platform resources.
5. Data Rights
- You and your organization retain rights to the data and content you provide, subject to any separate agreement with the service operator.
- You grant Tella the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and analyze submitted content in order to provide the service.
6. Availability and Changes
Tella may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Availability can depend on integrations, third-party platforms, maintenance windows, and security requirements.
7. Suspension and Termination
- Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or lose authorization from your organization.
- Your organization may also revoke your access at any time.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Tella is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Tella is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
Tella may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
