Tella is designed to help teams explore connected data, generate dashboards, and review AI-assisted insights while keeping control of workspace access and underlying data sources.

By using Tella, you acknowledge that your organization may provide data to the service so the workspace can operate as intended.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, organization, and profile image when you sign in with Google.
  • Workspace activity such as prompts, dashboard actions, datasource selections, and generated stories.
  • Technical information such as browser type, device metadata, IP address, and session data needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Customer data connected by your organization, including schema metadata, dataset structure, and any content submitted for analysis.

2. How We Use Information

  • To authenticate users, manage sessions, and control workspace access.
  • To generate analytics, dashboards, stories, and AI-assisted outputs requested inside the product.
  • To monitor reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and improve product performance.
  • To detect misuse, enforce security policies, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How Information May Be Shared

Tella does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure providers, AI model providers, and service operators only as needed to run the service, support your organization, or comply with law.

  • Hosting, storage, and logging providers used to operate the workspace.
  • AI and automation providers used to fulfill prompts and generate outputs.
  • Your organization administrators when they manage access, security, or support requests.

4. Retention and Security

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy contractual requirements, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Tella uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices

  • You may request access corrections through your organization's Tella administrator.
  • You may stop using the service at any time, though some records may remain in backups, logs, or required audit trails.
  • You may disconnect data sources or request account removal through the team that manages your Tella workspace.

6. Children's Privacy

Tella is intended for professional and organizational use and is not directed to children under 18.

7. Changes to This Policy

Tella may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
